Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Shipping and Delivery:
a. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the snacks are shipped or delivered within the estimated timeframe. Our delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after placing order.
b. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process and added to the total amount of your order.
c. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping or delivery, as these are handled by third-party service providers.

Cancellation and Return Policy:
a. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it by contacting our customer service team at snaxboxdotin@gmail.com and via whatsapp or call on 7303347705.
b. As our snacks are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
c. If you receive damaged or incorrect snacks, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing details and supporting evidence such as photographs. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
